We have had a few discussions with the developer and they seem willing to work with local municipalities to try to avoid growth areas and other areas of concerns. If the Town has concerns, I recommend reaching out to MGS or attending the open house. The project website also has a virtual open house where you can create an account and place comments on the web map. The County can also assist with providing your comments to the developer.
